The Fold at Eastwood is a passion project to create 18 championship holes from what is currently the very real Eastwood Golf Course in Rochester, Minnesota. Eastwood has an "Old Nine" and a "New Nine," but only the new, back 9 holes are championship quality. There is meadow and forest abuting the property that is ripe for an additional 9 holes. These new 9 holes have now been designed by two golf passionate friends using countless photographs, walking tours, satellite images, and Lidar elevation data. Every effort was made to match the style and feel of the existing 9 holes, and also to disturb the existing open land as little as possible. Actual tree locations, waste areas, rock piles, fields, roads and paths are intact.
